**Role Overview**

As a Performance Media Supervisor, you will work closely with campaign analysts and specialists on a portfolio of growing e-commerce and lead gen clients. You will be overseeing the portfolio of your team, mentoring and coaching them on the day to day. You will also participate in bi-annual performance reviews, by providing constructive and positive feedback and helping your team set goals that will encourage their growth and development at Bloom.

**Key Responsibilities**

Training & Coaching:

- Mentor, monitor and train analysts on different ad platforms, policies, industry trends and Bloom’s processes.
- Conduct quality control on deliverables completed by analysts.
- Monitor budgets on accounts managed by analysts in a shared client's portfolio.
- Monitor analysts’ accounts to make sure these accounts follow best practices outlined by our platform reps as well as platform leads.
- Supervise reports and budgets, help with optimizations and account performance.
- Collaborate with internal members to provide the right access to all resources to the new members.
- Help a Team Lead to onboard a new hire.

Clients’ related tasks:

- Participate in the onboarding of new clients. Set the tone with a new client, onboard properly on digital marketing platforms.
- Lead technical optimizations in key accounts.
- Lead technical communication with clients. Focus on communication and less on optimizations.
- Take ownership of your campaign’s results and communicate findings to clients.
- Partner with internal teams to request components such as images (creative team), landing page optimizations, etc.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce paid media campaigns
- Experience in growing agency client portfolios
- Deep understanding of the challenges faced by e-commerce brands and solutions to service them
- Experience working with leading e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amazon, Wal-Mart, and other marketplaces)
- Highly motivated, with a proven track record of optimizing accounts to improve the results
- Exceptional reporting skills and understanding of how to track and measure results across platforms and channels
- Leadership experience with strengths in coaching and mentoring more junior team members
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and Feed Management
- Experience with e-comm and lead gen clients
- Strong team player
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of quality
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bilingual (English and French) is a plus
