The Department of Sociology at MacEwan offers a General Sociology degree and a specialization in Criminology. You will have expertise in Sociology and will identify how they will complement and enhance existing strengths in the Sociology program and how they will contribute to MacEwan’s Strategic Vision.

You will hold a Ph.D. in a relevant area of expertise (or be ABD with a clear timeline to completion of your degree) and will demonstrate a primary commitment to undergraduate teaching and an ongoing research program.

You will submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, teaching dossier (including recent teaching evaluations), a statement of research interests, and a sample of scholarly work.
