Our call center plays an integral role in providing superior service to our clients. Gold Line is committed to continuous improvements and setting benchmarks for excellence of new products and services.
We are seeking a Bilingual French and English speaking representative for a Part Time position in a call center. This is a contract position with the possibility of it being renewed.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The purpose of the customer service representative is to:
- Completing transactions to the customer’s satisfaction
- Provide support to customers on pricing, product and general inquiries
- Provide support on a number of platforms and products
- Advise customers of product availability
- Troubleshoot purchase, shipping or general issues
This process requires a high level of interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment. To ensure a high level of quality, all calls are recorded and monitored.
**Required Skills**:
- Customer service experience is a must
- Beauty and Personal Care products knowledge is a must
- Must be able to speak both French and English fluently (reading, writing, translating)
- Perfect grammar is of the utmost importance
- Can work well with changing and conflicting priorities
- Good decision making and problem solving skills
- Experience in the Beauty and Personal Care industry is an asset
- Ability to multi-task is a must
**Education**:
- Post Secondary Education Preferred OR equivalent work experience
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
