We are a large and busy moving company looking for an **Inside Move Coordinator** to join our team. As an Inside Move Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them to plan and coordinate their moves with ease and efficiency.
- **Your responsibilities will include**:_
- Scheduling and coordinating all aspects of the move, including packing, loading, and unloading
- Working with our team of movers to ensure that each move is completed on time and within budget
- Keeping accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the move
- Auditing move documents and not limited to:

- Auditing revenue
- Auditing driver statements
- Accounts payable and receivable collection tracking
- Scanning documents
- Mailing list preparation
- Preparing moving documents prior to shipments loading
- Other duties as assigned. Being a small office, you will be asked to assist in other office departments
when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $22.50-$24.75 per hour
