**The Opportunity**

Our Team is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant with a strong service-orientated mindset The Sales Assistant will be responsible for Administrative support to the Sales Team, assisting in the management of sales orders, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of a wide variety of horticulture products, and various other tasks as they arise throughout the season. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, openness to constructive feedback, a strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a willingness to assist where needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Receive, review, and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and invoicing
- Maintain order records, update inventory systems, and generate reports as required
- Address customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate as necessary to ensure resolution
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any other relevant information
- Assist Operations Department with shipping related tasks, including but not limited to UPC, Retail, Tag, and Sticker Roll printing
- Various other tasks that may arise throughout the season

**Qualifications**
- High school completion (Administrative/Businesses courses or diplomas preferred but not necessary)
- Previous Customer Service/Sales Support experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- A continuous desire to improve every aspect of the business
- Strong interpersonal skills

**Compensation**
- Wage will be determined by your expertise and experience. Starting at $20/hr.

**Work Location**: In person. Chilliwack, BC V2P 6H4. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work required. Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays during our busy seasons.
