**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- ** Site Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
- Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and other temporary structures.
- ** Material Handling**:

- Load and unload construction materials, and distribute them to the appropriate locations on site.
- Ensure all materials are stored safely and securely.
- ** Support Tasks**:

- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as roofers and carpenters, with various tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks under supervision.
- ** Clean-Up**:

- Maintain cleanliness and safety on the job site by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly at the end of each workday.
- ** Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Wear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- ** Experience**:

- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- ** Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

- 10 hour shift
