Pallet Builder

**Job Overview**:
This is a full time on site role for a Labourer at our location in Fergus, ON. As a labourer you will serve a crucial roll in the production process, working along side a dedicated work team to enforce the durability and quality of our pallets. you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to pallet assembly, repair, and maintenance. You will also assist in loading and unloading pallets, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar role or general labor work
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Knowledge of pallet assembly, repair, and maintenance techniques
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
