The Shift Supervisor's duties include, but are not limited to:

- Managing staff to help maintain and achieve restaurant operational standards, daily service targets, and optimal guest satisfaction
- Monitoring and controlling labor, food, and waste costs
- Coaching & training Being able to support and give staff the right nudges at the right times to set them up for success
- Spending time every shift on the floor leading service to achieve brand standards
- Ensuring all food safety regulations are followed
- Assisting with inventory management
- Assisting Store Manager with day to day administrative tasks
- Other duties which involve the day to day operation of a quick service restaurant

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Some restaurant management experience - one year or more (A&W Experience prefered)
- Quick service restaurant experience preferred
- Food handling certificate preferred but not required
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
- A leader and a team player
- Fluent English language skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour
