We are seeking a talented Data Specialist to provide technology and data support for our production. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and verifying data from multiple sources, assisting with the implementation of new products or product modification, and making sure that the integrity of the data across the systems is valid. You will also be required to go on the shop floor to understand the production process and to customize our software to fit both innovations and production.

To be successful as a Data Specialist, you should have a good eye for detail, understand how to create products, and a meticulous approach to information verification. An outstanding data specialist works methodically to ensure the accurate transfer of information between all of our systems.

**A pivotal role on a large team.**
- Conducting a thorough data analysis of product information and systems.
- Creating or implementing a digital conversion of the innovation team needs in line with the production’s capability.
- Configuring and maintaining data of our product configurator.
- Verifying and extracting data from hardcopy and other digital sources.
- Performing regular data integrity between systems and quality audits.
- Troubleshooting information issues.

- College or Bachelor’s degree, Information Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- 3+ years experience as a data specialist.
- Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats.
- Ability to work independently on projects.
- Knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with end-user training and support.
