**ORGANIZATION OR DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**:
A Temporary, full-time position available in Dr. Croitoru’s Clinical Research lab at the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute of Mount Sinai Hospital.

**JOB SUMMARY**:

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a health or science related discipline with a minimum of one year clinical research experience
- Postgraduate clinical research diploma, preferred
- Master’s degree (MSc) in a health or science related discipline, is an asset
- High degree of computer literacy and extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, and Excel)
- Existing phlebotomy certification, or willingness to learn

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Ability to manage multiple studies at a time and modify job responsibilities when required
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work independently, effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work as a team member
- Familiarity in working with confidential information; maintaining professionalism, diplomacy and tact under high pressure situations
- Must be able to work flexible hours and work on your feet for hours at a time
- Autonomous critical thinking ability
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required
