Position: Residential Window Cleaner

Location: Ottawa

Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean windows inside and outside of residential properties using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper use of ladders and safety harnesses.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, such as cleaning window screens, tracks, and sills.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Uphold company standards for quality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and coworkers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in residential window cleaning preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically capable of performing duties, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy equipment, and working at heights.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- management: 1 year (preferred)
