We are seeking a potential Cleaning manager to start with as a regular cleaner in our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent time management skills, the ability to work independently and exceptional decision making skills on the site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean windows, surfaces, and frames using appropriate company equipment and cleaning solutions to remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Operate power tools such as pressure washers and squeegees to effectively clean windows, gutters, siding, decks and roofs
- able to use 32 feet ladders to reach heights with safety
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific window cleaning needs and address any concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service by being professional, courteous, and respectful at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in window cleaning or pressure washing
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks
- Strong attention to detail to achieve a high standard of cleanliness
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in window cleaning
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures is a plus
