- Clean windows, siding and eavestrough using proper tools
- Perform general facilities maintenance tasks
- Assist with custodial duties as needed
- Conduct residential/commercial cleaning of windows in various settings
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks promptly
- Lift heavy equipment and materials as required
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Ensure all windows are spotless and streak-free

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in facilities maintenance, custodial work, or residential/commercial cleaning is preferred
- Proficiency in using power tools for cleaning tasks
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physically demanding work
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of various hand tools used in window, siding and eavestrough cleaning
