**Job Title**: Supply Chain Specialist

**Job Function**: Supply Chain Management

**Reports to**: Supply Chain Manager

**Job Purpose**:
The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for daily planning and arranging of all outbound shipments, forecast in a cost-effective trucking company, and follow up on all shipping-related work.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Coordinate with 3PL WHs team and the truckers to receive inbounds in a timely manner

Arranged inbound containers as per the daily schedule and pick up the empties

Prepare and foward Customs documents to the Customs Broker and process IR

Process GR, create the TO, and bin-to-bin

Manage and process inbound related invoices and get approval

Forecast weekly and monthly inbound schedules

Stock TF's

Spot quotes from carriers and arrange the inbounds

3PL warehouse stock management

OE fitment inventory control

Adjust inbound shortages overages, and process claim damaged tires

Prepare various reports as required

Perform year-end inventory and adjustments

Analyze freight data

Lead contract negotiations, term agreements, and work with parties to resolve any issues or disputes

Develop conditions for bids, cost analysis, proposals, and contracts

Ensure contracts and other documents comply with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards

Manage the bidding process between contractors and suppliers to secure the best offers

Coordinate contractual issues with the companys procurement and legal teams

Ensure contracts are reviewed and renewed before expiration dates

Maintain records and filing systems for future reference on existing and new contracts, bids, and proposals

Any other duties/responsibilities may be assigned by management

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)

Knowledge of SAP a plus

Fluency in verbal/written English

**Qualifications**:
College or University diploma or equivalent experience in a related fiel

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field is preferred
