- TDI VMO (vendor management office) is accountable for the selection of best-in-class vendors, ensuring stakeholder value, as well as managing the performance of TDI Preferred vendors in order to enable the delivery of Legendary Customer Experience to our TDI customers across Canada.
- As a vendor analyst, you will provide operational, reporting and/or analytical support for assigned vendor relationships and/or business units with the objective to drive operational efficiencies, savings and oversight in alignment with business and enterprise goals. The role may also be responsible for complex analysis and reporting at the enterprise level.
- Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support a range of vendor relationships and activities varying in scope, complexity, and criticality
- Preparation of compliance forms and trackers related to vendor onboarding and offboarding
- Exit strategy preparation & support
- Invoice review and processing
- Audit preparation & support
- Tracking, logging/documenting vendor compliance with contractual, operating and regulatory requirements
- Oversight of vendor related operational activities (e.g. report production, system queries, process mapping)
- Independently deliver assigned initiatives with guidance/direction from management as necessary
- Participation in working sessions and/or facilitation of meetings to support effective relationships with internal TD partners and vendors

**Job Requirements**
- College/university degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years' experience in vendor management or the supply chain field and/or related business experience.
- A general understanding of vendor/supply chain management with some knowledge of contract management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and intermediate level skills in MS office products.
