**Controls Specialist**
- Supporting customers with quoting, product selection, sales assistance and layout.
- Selecting products that fulfil the customers’ needs in terms of functionality, performance and budgetary requirements.
- Working directly with Sales Representatives and engineers on new projects.
- Training customers in our technical centers, or by travelling throughout our distribution network.
- Creating and presenting detailed technical presentations to customers and management.
- Assisting in the development of marketing and software tools.
- Assisting the R&D department with new product development.
- A university degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of HVAC experience.
- An aptitude and desire for customer service excellence.
- A good understanding of HVAC, heat transfer, psychometric and controls.
- Self-motivation and be detail orientated.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Consulting experience is viewed as an asset.
