**Role Requirements**:

- A Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Strong mentorship skills to successful manage a high performing team
- Strong technical proficiency with a good command of systems including MS Office
- An understanding of business processes and a customer-centric focus towards their work
- Preference will be given to those with credit and collections experience

**Responsible for**:
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the Accounts Receivable Supervisor would be responsible for:

- Ensuring productivity, service standards, and expense budgets are achieved
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Monitoring incoming cash on a daily basis and following up as required
- Analyzing and reconciling customer accounts
- Providing accurate and timely reporting to Management
- Building a high performing team utilizing performance management tools
- Providing ongoing guidance, leadership and direction for direct reports
- Providing regular feedback and analysis to business partners to improve operations or address issues
- Weekly reporting on accounts status through to upper management
