**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a VP Sales PWS to join the Asset Management team.
This can be a remote role, however for those who would like to come into the office we are at 151 Yonge St, Toronto, ON.

Reporting to the RVP Sales, the VP Sales PWS is responsible for developing the specified region in terms of sales and asset growth. These will be achieved through assigned sales targets along with specified activity goals. Key activities include the development of annual territory sales plans and budgets; working with IIROC advisors in the CU Channel with a focus on promoting our Private Wealth Solutions to meet needs of their clients.

**What your day looks like**:

- To learn and utilize a consultative sales process developed by our sales management team to focus on the needs of the Investment Advisors
- Act as portfolio and investment solutions specialist as the main point of contact and relationship owner to drive sales results for Private Wealth Solutions
- Responsible for developing new partners and further penetration of assigned territory by ensuring strong follow up and managing the opportunity pipeline
- Develop annual territory sales plan to meet corporate objectives based on market and client data, including industry and regional trends, market factors, and sales process activities
- Develop and maintain a high level of professional relationships
- Execute coverage plan based on segmentation model
- Schedule and lead both in person and virtual presentations including branch presentations, investor seminars, and other public speaking events
- Develop and share ongoing best practices, sales, marketing and business development ideas and strategies with peers and advisors

**Requirements**:
**Your experience and skills**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field
- RIS Designation completed or strong desire to complete after joining Aviso
- 5+ years of investments sales experience
- Experience with or deep interest in Responsible Investing
- Energetic, and friendly individual with self-management skills
- Results-oriented individual that can continuously prospect to build and grow the assigned territory
- Builds strategic relationships with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Highly professional confident image with superior influencing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Influencer: Ability to influence others by using awareness of others’ needs and concerns
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skill, at both the individual and group level. Ability to project a highly professional image in a variety of settings/presentations
- Business Acumen: Ability to link personal/team goals and objectives to the broader organization
- Independence: Ability to work independently to achieve required objectives, within Company and regulatory requirements
- Computer Literacy: Ability to utilize and leverage various forms of related software and technology
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset

**Additional Requirements**
- A suitable and reliable vehicle is required
- Travel is a requirement of the job. This requirement can include multiples days away at a time, including evenings and weekends
