**Job Description**:
En tant que spécialiste des ventes techniques pour le service d'hydraulique industrielle, vos tâches et responsabilités seront de:
- Analyser le marché et élaborer un plan stratégique de croissance sur 5 ans qui soit conforme à nos objectifs de vente.
- Développer et gérer le budget pour les activités de vente clé, de marketing et de promotion afin de favoriser et de soutenir la croissance du marché, et ce, par le biais des départements des ventes et du marketing.
- Établir des objectifs de vente annuels via notre processus de planification des ventes; plan de marché et plan de territoire, &_ CRM_.
- Diriger des discussions qui déterminent les opportunités à l'aide du processus de vente consultative.
- Établir et maintenir des relations avec les comptes clés en collaboration avec le responsable directeurs commerciaux.
- Déterminer le type, le niveau et l'emplacement du soutien technique requis pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance convenus. Décrire l'exigence et la justification commerciale, et demander l'approbation de la mise en œuvre des ressources techniques requises.
- Mener des études de marché en déterminant les tendances pour les clients et les produits existants et potentiels.
- Fournir des renseignements sur le marché sous la forme de rapports à l'équipe de gestion des ventes, en déterminant les marchés potentiels et en collaborant sur une stratégie pour tirer parti des opportunités pertinentes.
- Conjointement avec les mandats de vente et de Rexroth, développer une stratégie de tarification en fonction du marché pour la gamme de produits.
As the Technical Sales Specialist for Industrial Hydraulics Service, your tasks & responsibility will be to:
- Analyse the market and develop 5 year rolling strategic plan for growth that is aligned with our sales targets.
- Develop and manage budget for key sales, marketing and promotional activities to enable and support the growth the market, via Sales and Marketing Departments.
- Establish annual sales targets via our sales planning process; Market Map & Territory Plan, & the CRM.
- Leading discussions that determine opportunities using the Consultative Selling Process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in collaboration with responsible Sales Managers.
- Determine the type, level and location of technical support required to achieve the agreed upon growth targets. Outline the requirement, along with business justification and seek approval for implementation of required technical resources.
- Conduct market research identifying trends for both existing and prospective customers and products.
- Provide market intelligence in the form of reports to sales management, identifying potential markets and collaborating on a strategy to leverage relevant opportunities.
- In conjunction with sales and Rexroth mandates, develop pricing strategy to the market for the product line.
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual; French & English
**Éducation/ Education**
- Ingénieur mécanique/technologue ou diplômé d'un programme certifié d'énergie hydraulique/robotique (ou équivalent).
- Un diplôme en commerce est un atout, mais pas obligatoire.
- Mechanical Engineer/Technologist or graduate of a Certified Fluid Power/Robotics programme (or equivalent).
- Business degree is an asset, but not require.
