Overview:
Join our team at Cristini Athletics as a Personal Trainer and help individuals achieve their fitness goals in a dynamic and motivating environment. We change lives and strengthen communities

**Duties**:

- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels
- Develop personalized workout plans tailored to clients' goals and abilities
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques
- Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness milestones
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices for overall wellness
- Maintain a clean and organized training area

Qualifications:

- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- CPR/AED certification
- Previous experience in personal training or related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Understanding of nutrition principles

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week
