This role (Lead Trainer - CIS) is assessed as a Remote position requiring mínimal days in the office (0-1days per week) unless business demands require.

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy, the primary role of the Lead Trainer - Client Information System is to design and deliver effective training programs that meet the needs of the agency and its employees. This role will also provide ongoing user support and maintenance of the Client Information System to ensure its continued use and efficiency.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Training and Development
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality training and instructional materials (e.g., e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and tip sheets)
- Analyze training needs and conduct gap analysis to identify learning solutions
- Implement best practices in instructional design, including ADDIE and other models
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs and materials
- Lead the recruitment of superusers and trainers
- Maintain a knowledge repository with relevant information and resources
- Analyze CIS data to support Ministry reporting and program management.

Client Information System Administration/Support
- Provide training to end-users
- Maintain the Training Database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with IT and clinical team members to provide solutions for end-users and stakeholders
- Develop and implement policies and procedure for the use of the CIS
- Test new releases and functionalities
- Conduct regular reviews to maintain data quality in the CIS
- Provide feedback on the functionality and use of the client information system to inform future development and improvement efforts

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or college diploma required. Preferably in the field of computer science or information systems
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training and/or system support
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing excellent customer service

**Additional Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Familiarity with client information system
- Experience with virtual training and technology-assisted learning
- Formal training in Adult Education or Instructional Design is an asset
