- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Follow up and work with leads generated through the HouseSigma apo build a robust client portfolio.
- Stay update on local market trends
- Utilize property information from the HouseSigma app to provide accurate property valuations and pricing recommendations to clients
- Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, providing expert advice and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with mortgage advisors, home inspectors, and legal professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
- Actively network and participate in community events to enhance your local real estate presence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to maintain the highest ethical standards.
- **Experience and Qualifications**:_
- Valid Real Estate License in British Columbia.
- Proven track record of success in real estate sales or related fields is a strong asset.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Vancouver real estate market and surrounding areas.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in real estate software and tools.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
