**Salary Range**:$66,697 - $83,372 - $100,046 (Typical hiring range: $71,000 - $80,000)

The Measurement Analyst provides support to ongoing development and implementation of corporate and program performance measurement activities. As part of a team, the Measurement Analyst helps to ensure that the organization has appropriate quantitative and qualitative evidence upon which to monitor progress, conduct sound analysis, make key decisions and account for results to its partners.

Your core responsibilities include:

- Supports the implementation and ongoing improvement of the corporate measurement portfolio, such as the corporate Logic Model, Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) and corporate dashboard.
- Implements and leads procedures for monitoring and collecting data across program areas to ensure timely and quality data is available for quarterly and annual reporting purposes, including the provision of performance analyses on demand.
- Supports the implementation and management of corporate monitoring processes and data collection tools and recommends approaches and solutions to continuously improve the suite of methods, tools, and practices.
- Enhances the use of performance data for decision-making, learning and improvement (e.g., development of new indicators to meet corporate information needs; the creation of tools, resources, and guidelines to support internal capacity for evaluation and measurement including the use of evaluative and performance data; upkeeping the corporate data dictionary; designing and using data visualizations to enhance interpretation of performance results, identifying and implementing processes to learn and share).
- Synthesizes and analyzes data and results on an ongoing basis to generate cross-programmatic insights, providing a balanced interpretation of qualitative and quantitative information to inform program and corporate-wide learning and decision-making.
- Conducts quality assurance of data gathered (e.g., identifying incomplete fields and coding problems).

Education and experience you will need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, health sciences, or a related field (e.g., economics, public administration, public health, epidemiology), with a quantitative research background is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years progressive experience in measurement/ evaluation (conducting quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research analysis) is required, preferably in healthcare or a not-for-profit (NFP) organization.
- Advanced Knowledge of and experience in working with electronic data and analytics platforms (e.g., SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerBI, etc.) is required.
- Bilingual in French and English is preferred (English communication skills at Advanced “C” level required).
- Advanced computer software skills in Microsoft Office suite and virtual environment are required.
- Experience using statistical analysis tools (i.e., SPSS) and using qualitative analysis software (i.e., NVivo) is required.
- Comfort in collecting and extracting data from electronic data collection and analytics platforms (e.g., Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey, SurveyApply) is required.
- Advanced data visualization skills (i.e., PowerBI) is required.
