We are currently looking for an IT Analyst for a 6-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Ensure the proper functioning of the company’s software systems and products

• Proactively monitor alerts and help resolve operational issues

• Produce technical documentation (technical specifications, user manuals, processes, software versions, application support, etc.)

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Analyst

• Specialized professional experience on software products

• Good skills in writing technical documentation

• BAC in computer science or equivalent

• Bilingualism (English required, functional French)

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un Analyste TI pour un contrat d'une durée de 6 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.

MANDAT

• Veiller au bon fonctionnement des produits applicatifs et des systèmes logiciels de l’entreprise

• Surveiller proactivement les alertes et aider à résoudre les problèmes opérationnels

• Réaliser la documentation technique (spécifications techniques, manuels d’utilisation, processus, versions logicielles, support applicatif, etc.)

PROFIL

• 3+ années d’expérience en tant qu’Analyste TI

• Expérience professionnelle spécialisée sur des produits applicatifs / logiciels

• Bonnes habiletés en rédaction de documentation technique

• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent

• Bilinguisme (Anglais requis, Français fonctionnel)
