Daily Bread distributes fresh and shelf-stable food, and fresh-cooked meals to 128 member agencies and 193 food programs across Toronto. Daily Bread also publishes the influential _Who’s Hungry_ report - an annual survey measuring trends in food insecurity and poverty in Toronto.

**Job Title**:Coordinator, Corporate Food Partnerships
**Reporting to**:Manager, Corporate Partnerships (Food)
**Salary**:$51,000 to $61,000 commensurate with experience.
**Terms**:35 hours a week. Some weekend, evening and holiday work will be required.

**Position Overview**
The Coordinator, Corporate Food Program is responsible for supporting the Corporate Partnerships team with a focus on Food. This position reports to the Manager, Corporate Partnerships (Food) and supports food procurement with donor engagement, gift administration and corporate account management.
**Responsibilities**
**Donor and Gift Administration - 40%**
- Provide administrative support to the food procurement team in areas of Raiser’s Edge and Wireless Warehouse donor database management and housekeeping.
- Oversee the upload of data from the transactional platform (Wireless Warehouse) into Raisers Edge CRM on a weekly basis.
- Ensure Action Tracks, stewardship and recognition plans are set and on track.
- Compile and keep food donor and gift records up to date.
- Publish reports to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain supporting documentation (POs, call notes, action notes)
- Prepare and submit Food Banks Canada campaign reports.
- Support administrative duties of Employee Volunteer Program (EVP): respond to program inquiries, process bookings and assist with program tours.
**Account Management - 30%**
- Under the direction of the Manager Corporate Partnerships support the expansion of the corporate food donation program through a coordinated research and prospecting plan.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of new, prospective, existing, and lapsing donors and ensuring they are engaged with fundraisers on a consistent basis. Working with fundraising best practices of move’s management and donor engagement to maximize donation streams.
- Work with donors to maintain and enhance stewardship and ensure long-term sustainability of the corporate food program such as volunteer engagement or recognition opportunities.
- Provide thorough and timely program reporting for internal and external stakeholders to ensure longevity of corporate programs.
- Establish a solid working knowledge of food industry donors from farms through to retail
**Food Procurement Support - 30%**
- Attend regularly scheduled weekly meetings with the development team as well as ad-hoc meetings for special projects as they relate to donor outreach and database management.
- Maintain a strong and collaborative working relationship with the operations team as it relates to scheduling pickups, managing inbound products, troubleshooting donation pickups, and supporting the healthy flow of inventory through the Daily Breads warehouse.
- Monitor the weekly scheduling of public donation pickups and work to ensure a smooth experience for participating grocery stores and fire halls, as well as address any operational hurdles to the program.
**Education/Experience (or equivalent)**
- You are building upon a solid base of 2+ fundraising and research experience, employing a long-term perspective of how to grow and maintain a program which will have implications for many stakeholders.
- You have a natural inclination to build and foster partnerships, leveraging existing ones while establishing new inroads as a natural people person with a trusting relationship-building approach.
- You are donor and customer-focused with a keen eye for improving donor experience and providing feedback on everyday processes and barriers.
- You are an excellent communicator, you have exceptional communication and diplomacy skills coupled with experience in cross-functional collaboration, partnership building and navigating interpersonal relationships across organizations both internally and externally.
- You are confident using data to inform decisions and move program development forward, tracking key performance indicators such as donation weights, food categories, and spoilage, and required reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
