Essential Job Functions include:

- managing calendars and filing deadlines;
- scheduling meetings with clients and other professionals;
- scheduling court dates and communicating with court staff and other professionals;
- serving and filing court documents;
- managing and compiling disclosure documents;
- opening and closing client files in accordance with firm policies; and
- preparing client invoices.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
