**About the Role**

The Coordinator, Operations & Guest Services facilitates the guest experience and delivery of services to guests in Residence and Housing. The Coordinator is the client’s principal contact and advisor regarding all group booking accommodations, meeting room bookings, and Dining Commons meals and ensures that services are rendered according to the contract. The Coordinator guides the processes and strategies that provide a consistent quality service to guests and works collaboratively with Residence Facilities personnel and contract Housekeeping staff to oversee the quality of guest accommodation inventory. The Coordinator collaborates with Dining Services Staff to determine group dining logistics, menus, and rates. The Coordinator oversees client relationships and booking processes and guides onsite groups and events. The Coordinator supports and contributes to the sales and marketing strategies including outreach and lead development, and is responsible for guest communications.
