Imperial Dade Canada, leading national distributor, has a job open in Montreal. The FP&A Manager - Canada is responsible for any combination of financial and business information and analysis in support of the company's annual planning, forecasting and reporting processes. The FP&A lead - Canada will provide support to the President, Strategic business unit leaders and various Canadian Leaders.

**Responsibilities**:
French
- Superviser et coordonner les tâches du département tout en s’assurant de la qualité et du respect des échéanciers
- Supporter les hauts dirigeants avec des rapports et analyses et faire des recommandations les aidant à prendre leurs décisions d’affaires
- Diriger le processus de budget annuel incluant l’établissement des hypothèses, la modélisation, la consolidation, les analyses et la présentation
- Revoir, comprendre et expliquer les résultats financiers
- Développer et améliorer les systèmes, rapports et processus afin de supporter les clients internes et améliorer l’efficacité
- Supervision de 2 analystes financier

- Supervise and coordinate the department’s tasks while ensuring accurate and timely responses to the different stakeholders
- Supporting Senior Leadership Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis and make recommendations for decision making purposes
- Lead the annual planning and budgeting process including establishing assumptions, modeling, consolidation, analyses and presentation
- Review, understand and explain the financial results
- Develop and enhance reporting systems and processes to meet user requirements and enhance efficiency
- Supervision of 2 financial analysts

Qualifications:
French

**Formation**:

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou domaine connexe
- Un titre comptable sera considéré comme un atout

**Expérience**:

- Minimum de 5 à 10 ans en comptabilité/finance
- Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en supervision de personnel

**Compétences**:

- Gestion du temps et capacité à gérer les priorités tout en respectant les échéances
- Résolution de problème (analytique et intuitive)
- Bilinguisme (Français et Anglais)
- Habileté avec la suite Microsoft Office (en particulier Excel)
- Leadership, communication et organisation sont nécessaires.
- Doit apprécier le travail précis, nécessite une affinité pour le détail
- Habileté pour adapter ses présentations selon l’audience (différents niveaux)

- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting/finance
