Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our team. As a Law Clerk, you will provide essential support to our legal team by conducting research, drafting legal documents, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the legal field.

**Duties**:

- Conduct legal research using various resources, such as Lexis-Nexis and online databases
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts
- Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Assist with document management using iManage or similar software
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Assist with project management by tracking deadlines and milestones
- Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Strong research and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
