Scheduling Coordinator

**Job Duties**:
You will be responsible for and must have experience in some or all of the following:
- Coordinating with our staff and customers to manage the schedule of our technicians
- Working in the company software system and keep track of the availability and location of our technicians
- Maintaining communication with our customers
- Establishing value with new and repeat customers
**Education, Experience, and Language**:
- Degree or completion of Business Administration degree is preferred
- Must be fluent in English.
**Skills Requirements**:
- Ability to communicate quickly and efficiently with clients as well as team members
- Highly-organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Good computer skills and typing speed.
- Have a great attitude and a positive, energetic personality
- Must have call centre experience (outbound calling to existing customers, no cold calling)
- Experience answering multi-line phone system
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), customer service, phone skills, organizational, grammar, and spelling skills are essential as well as the ability to work well under pressure in time-critical situations and be productive and self-motivated
