**LOCATION**: Mississauga, Onatrio

**What you will be doing**:
Responsible for the achievement of annual sales commitments within their assigned territory.
Services existing pharmacy accounts, obtains orders, negotiates mutually beneficial outcomes and establishes new business opportunities by planning and organizing daily work schedule to maximize sales opportunities.
Aligns insights to customer priorities and tie those back to Ascensia’s unique offerings.
Articulate Ascensia’s value proposition and engage customers in jointly addressing business priorities.
Maintain consistent level of activity with all targeted customers while discussing KBOs (ROI, sales, CE’s, clinic days, Ascensia programs).
Track economic and industry activity and understand implications to the therapeutic area, including potential new opportunities.
Educates customers on industry trends and best practices.
Function within regional teams to develop and execute business plans, which identify and/or address local customer needs and business opportunities.
Make appropriate sales presentations to targeted customers (Internal Medicine, Key GPs, Family Health Team, Diabetes Nurse Educators) within markets that have key business opportunities.
Continuously share market information trends, including competitors’ activity, with regional team members.

**Skills you will need**:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in science or business administration, or comparable experience.
3+ years of proven healthcare or retail selling experience.
Must be self-motivated and possess high level of competencies in communication, interpersonal sensitivity, teamwork, tenacity, achievement orientation, efficiency and planning
Proficient in understanding key data and metrics and utilizing this information to improve business performance.
Proven track record of sales performance metrics.
