The community treatment program staff work in-office and community settings and are often co-located and integrated with other organizations to reduce barriers for those accessing services.

**About The Position...**

Fourcast is a community addiction treatment service provider that strives to provide the highest quality of evidence-based addiction treatment and case management services. In this vital role, you will lead and support Team Lead(s), Intensive Case Managers and Housing Support Workers who support service users in congregate settings and Housing First program models.

In this role, supervisory responsibilities encompass coaching, training, and scheduling for optimal performance of a team of 15+ clinical employees, while also actively engaging in human resources tasks for new employee management. As a key member of the Management team, you will also contribute to the planning, implementation and evaluation of programs and services for the organization. Advanced knowledge of addiction and mental health and the requisite continuum of care, as well as risk management strategies in a community setting is essential for this position.

The Program Manager-Housing provides leadership in implementation of Housing First and housing first based case management model across all housing programs to achieve housing stability outcomes leading to independent housing for service users. The Manager provides oversight of professional development activities for housing staff to deliver quality programs and is engaged in quality improvement activities that improve processes and outcomes.

**What We're Looking For**:
**Education**:

- Masters in social work preferred, BSW or related degree, with a postgraduate certificate in Addictions and Mental Health, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience working in a related position preferred, ideally in a housing community-based setting.
- Advanced skills in addictions interventions including counselling/therapy, crisis intervention, advocacy, mediation, and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high performing teams.
- Experience using evidence-based screening and assessment tools.

Certificate, Licenses and Records
- Valid Ontario Class G drive license
- Valid First Aid/CPR
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certificate an asset.
- Certification in GAIN assessment would be an asset.
- Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) an asset.
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check is required.

Pay: $86,833.50-$98,007.00 per year
