Nous développons et proposons une vaste gamme d’assurances pour les particuliers et les entreprises, avec des produits flexibles, compétitifs et adaptés aux besoins des assurés.

Faisant partie du groupe APRIL basé en France, APRIL Canada emploie actuellement 100 personnes réparties sur 2 bureaux (Toronto et Brossard). L’entreprise représente en Amérique du Nord le groupe April, basé en France et qui compte 2500 personnes dans le monde.

Pour notre bureau de Brossard, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche **d’un(e) Responsable du développement des affaires.** Le poste est basé à Brossard, tout près du dix30, du mail Champlain et du terminus d'autobus/station REM Panama.

**Rôles et responsabilités**
- Rencontrer quotidiennement les courtiers pour comprendre leur stratégie et mettre en évidence les points communs avec les appétits d’APRIL.
- Analyser les chiffres de performance des courtiers et proposer des moyens de développer leur activité. Identifier les plus forts potentiels.
- Se faire connaitre auprès de courtiers ne connaissant pas ou ne travaillant pas avec APRIL.
- Mettre en place toutes les actions nécessaires pour inciter les courtiers à utiliser notre portail en ligne APRIL ON : démo, formation, remise des accréditations...
- Être actif dans la formation des courtiers à travers nos cours accrédités APRIL Académie.
- Rapporter l'activité hebdomadaire dans le CRM APRIL.
- Rester ouvert aux opportunités de croissance par le biais d'un transfert de portefeuille ou de programmes spéciaux.
- Participer aux réunions et événements du secteur, y compris l'activité sur les médias sociaux, afin d'accroître la notoriété de l'offre APRIL.
- Communiquer avec le reste de l'équipe d'APRIL (souscripteurs, directeurs, numérique, marketing, autres développeurs d'affaires) pour leur donner un retour d'information du terrain afin de rester pertinent.
- Encadrer un conseiller à la clientèle chargé de répondre aux besoins simples des courtiers par téléphone, courriel ou chat.

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente ou le marketing.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de service à la clientèle
- Forte éthique de travail et de la flexibilité.
- Compétences en matière de planification et d'organisation et vous aimez l'autonomie.
- Bon esprit d'équipe et êtes prêt à collaborer, même à distance.
- Curieux et aimez apprendre, et appréciez un environnement de travail stimulant et dynamique.
- Un plus : avoir une expérience dans le domaine des assurances ou dans un poste similaire dans un secteur connexe.
- Un permis de conduire valide est requis
