This includes tracking corporate vehicles and assets enabling them to maximize utilization, increase real-time situational awareness, increase business efficiency, reduce risk, prevent theft, meet compliance requirements, as well gain valuable business insights.

**About the Role**:
The Customer Success Representative will be our customer’s primary point of contact for onboarding and support inquiries, ensuring our customers enjoy a best-in-class experience with our products and services. You will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries, offering expert advice to help your customers get the most out of our products.

**Job Description / Responsibilities**
- Primary lead for customer support inquiries to quickly provide answers and advice to end-users
- Become a product expert in order to answer any and all questions from customers
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied
- Collaborate with technical and product management team members to help identify support issue root causes
- Provide new customers with on-boarding product tutorials and set up
- Perform outbound sales to new inbound leads and outbound prospects.
- Assist with account maintenance, invoicing, and regular administrative duties

**What You’ll Bring**

**Required**:

- Excellent client communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail in order to provide written and verbal communication to customers free of spelling and grammatical errors
- Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to learn new tools and processes easily and adapt to an ever-changing environment
- You must be confident, ambitious, have high energy levels and a drive to succeed
- Ability to work well in a team environment

**Preferred**:

- Degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experiences is preferable
- Fluency in French or a 2nd language a definite asset
- Experience with HubSpot and/or Freshdesk are an asset
- Leadership skills including the ability to help lead or manage a team of other Customer Success Representatives
- Familiarity with Electronic Logging Devices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
