**Grandin Medical Clinic is a family-based medical practice that has been around for over 50 years in the heart of St. Albert. We are seeking a Medical Office Assistant with office experience to fulfill a 32 - 40 hour/week position**

**Position Duties/Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities to include**:

- Patient Scheduling/Registering Patients
- Answering and addressing phone calls
- Intake patients to exam rooms
- Scanning/Filing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and safely
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be dependable, ready, willing and capable of working
- Medical Office Assistant Experience of 2-3 years required
- Diploma in Medical Office Assistant would be an asset
- Health Care Aide designation would be an asset
