Data Analyst

J.D. Power is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their Strategy & Analytics team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing data handling for automotive insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain databases to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Process complex SQL queries and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Perform advanced data analyses to understand key marketing metrics trends.
- Prioritize work to maximize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Act as a data expert for the department, providing guidance and support.
- Participate in policy development to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Represent the content department professionally to other teams.
- Serve as a role model within the Data Department.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and excel in changing environments.
- Strong self-management and analytical abilities.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Word.
- Time management skills.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, including SQL Development.
- Relevant experience in business intelligence, research, data analytics, or data science.
- Advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL).
- Proficiency in QlikView and crafting data stories through reports and visualizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education.
