**Job Description Summary**:
STEMCELL Technologies, Canada’s largest biotech company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to oversee the recruitment needs of one of our fast growing business areas, the Corporate Services group (includes Corporate Affairs, Finance and Information Systems). In this role, you will act as a trusted partner and advisor for Corporate Services’ senior leaders and will manage a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to deliver on both the current and future talent needs for the area. You know how best to work with others and are an expert at extracting client needs to formulate a strategic and impactful approach to achieving annual headcount plans.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Partners with Executive and Senior Leadership on the development and fulfillment of their talent strategy
- Establishes effective client relationships at all levels based on trust and provides recruiting related consultation, advice and counsel
- Coaches, manages and develops direct reports (Recruiters and Sourcers)
- Operates as a talent advisor bringing an understanding of the external talent market that shapes job design and recruitment strategy
- Achieves annual headcount plans through accountability of all talent acquisition deliverables for assigned area
- Influences optimal decision making and action planning to support talent acquisition objectives
- Acts as full-cycle recruiter for senior level or select hard-to-fill roles

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- People leadership experience an asset
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business-related field. A graduate degree (MSc or PhD) or MBA considered an asset
- 3 + years of full cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced technical environment with strong attention to detail and quality
