As a Recruiter, Early Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment of university and college students. This includes proactively attracting and identifying diverse talent while partnering with various university and college contacts to build a solid pipeline for co-op and new grad positions. You will ensure that consistent, high quality on-campus recruitment and social media best practices are used, reflecting positively on RBC’s competitive position in the marketplace for top student talent, with a focus on the RBC brand.

**What will you do?**
- Execute campus recruitment with a focus on attracting top talent and building proactive student pipelines for hiring targets each term.
- Educate, consult and transfer knowledge of diversity hiring practices and interviewing skills to others involved in the recruiting process.
- Manage information and recruitment process through the Applicant Tracking System (Workday). Ensure that all information is current and activity is updated on a regular basis.
- Engage in proactive student development activities to promote RBC as a choice employer and as an expert in on-campus recruitment.
- Partner with Senior Manager on diversity channel hiring i.e. PWD, NPower, etc.
- Foster relationships with students throughout the year to support hiring initiatives.
- Assist in the organization and execution of networking/information sessions and other student events and participate in special projects as required.
- Liaise with Recruitment Partners to identify and highlight top student talent across Assist in developing onboarding for students connecting them to RBC, each other and other RBC student communities

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must Have**:

- 2 years’ experience within campus recruitment or experience within Personal & Commercial Banking
- Strong presentation skills developed through experience delivering presentations to a large audience
- Innovative and agile with a flexible attitude
- Ability to manage high volume recruitment coupled with a busy event schedule during peak recruitment cycles
- Proven background with providing consultative recruitment support in a coaching and advisory capacity
- Demonstrated experience utilizing social media tools and executing social media strategies for campus recruitment
- Demonstrated ability at managing hiring manager expectations
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent client service orientation and relationship management skills
- Comfort working in fast-paced environment
- Event planning capability
- Flexibility to travel to local campuses across the BC/Alberta with occasional travel to provinces across Canada
