**Responsibilities**

Our team is looking for an experienced wayfinding project manager. Under the supervision of the Director, you will be responsible for carrying out various wayfinding, signage and design projects. As a project manager, your main responsibilities will be:

- Foster strong client relationships to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
- Effectively oversee and coordinate projects, engaging various stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Skillfully manage project schedules, priorities, contingencies, deliverables, and budgets.
- Lead workshops and presentations, and write meeting minutes.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary production teams, actively participating in production tasks when necessary.
- Needs analysis, development of wayfinding strategies and participation in the various stages of a project. (routing schemes, location plans, message schedules, etc.)
- Drawing up work plans and timetables
- Lead and participate in the production of plans, specifications, and tender documents, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, prepare reports, issue directives, and manage change orders as required.
- Supervise on-site and workshop activities, and review shop drawings and sample submissions.

**Qualifications & requirements**
- Minimum college diploma in planning, graphic design, industrial design, architecture, urban planning, or a similar field
- Expertise in the following software:

- InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop,
- Office 365 : Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans
- Self-reliance, time management and organizational skills
- Rigorous and eager to produce quality work
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time and to work under pressure
- Ability to manage and collaborate with teams
- Experience in wayfinding and signage is a plus
- Bilingualism is a requirement for this position. (English / French)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
