The Opportunity

As a Private Client Executive, working within our Personal Lines division, you will help provide advice and solutions to our High Net Worth Clients while providing expectational client focused service and attention.

A day in the life
- Provide exceptional customer care to high-net-worth clients

Respond to customer requests directly (or indirectly), compiling information and submitting information to appropriate insurance companies and binding coverage where appropriate.

Participate in formal account reviews

Prepare submissions in EPIC.

Prepare proposals, cover notes, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices as per agency standards.

Maintain accuracy of electronic files

All administrative duties and other responsibilities as reasonably required.

What you will bring to our team
- Level 2 General Insurance License.

Experience dealing with high-net-worth clients.

Experience and knowledge of EPIC would be considered an asset.

Excellent communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize.

A keen attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.

Post-secondary education would be considered an asset.

No travel required.
