Consertek LM Group is a dynamic company comprised of highly experienced and fully bilingual specialists. The company is actively involved in the field of infrastructure related to renewable energy and telecommunications. It specializes in the construction of all types of tower structures, data acquisition systems, as well as high-end product manufacturing and equipment distribution services.
We are looking for a **Project Management Assistant / Project Coordinator to complete our team**.
The Project Management Assistant is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in various tasks to help manage the overall execution of projects according to the company's commitments. They are also responsible for ensuring quality control of project delivery to the client while adhering to schedules, deadlines, budgets, and project profitability.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist the Project Manager with planning and execution of projects according to awarded proposals;
- Determine material, equipment, hardware, and subcontracting needs, and issue the list;
- Create plans and drawings using Autocad software;
- Prepare purchase orders and various requests;
- Maintain the Health & Safety program;
- Monitor project schedules;
- Track the progress of each project through work orders, weekly reports, and delivery receipts;
- Participate in site meetings;
- Guide field teams and technician/ rigger according to the work to be done and issues encountered;
- Ensure coordination;
- Track change requests throughout the project;
- Regularly communicate project progress with the Project Manager;
- Coordinate project completion with the team leader;
- Perform various administrative tasks in support of the Project Manager and the foreman;
- Perform any other related tasks.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Hold a DEC or equivalent training and experience;
- Have 2-3 years of experience in project management;
- Possess skills in using Autocad software;
- Have experience in the construction field;
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - O365;
- Be bilingual in verbal and written communication (English-French);
- Hold a valid driver’s license;
