Real Estate Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating showings
- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain and update property listings on various platforms
- Conduct market research and assist with property management tasks
- Assist with negotiations and prepare contracts
- Organize and maintain office files and records
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- English and french are required

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
