We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel(Quality Inn Chatham). As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the overall efficiency and profitability of the hotel. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Create and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service throughout the hotel
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

salary is negotiable*

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
