The Project Assistant (PA) is an integral member of the Local Delivery Group (LDG)/Regional Security Operations Centre (RSOC) project team. The PA collaboratively supports all aspects of project implementation for a successful adoption of new services and/or products that TransForm provides.

The PA role is focused on the consistent flow of current, accurate, and usable information amongst the key stakeholders.

**LOCATION**:
This role qualifies for remote work, with the requirement to be on-site at our client locations throughout Windsor/Chatham/Sarnia when required for the project.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Reporting on status of existing projects.
- Administrative support with project related meetings. Closely working with key stakeholders to gather and disseminate required meeting materials, booking required meeting resources, help draft agendas, capturing meeting meetings and action items.
- Ensuring the timely entry and updating of data by the various process owners and reporting on deficiencies.
- Track and monitor achievement targets and provide regular updates and flag any plan deviations.
- Coordination of various events in terms of facility, invitation, equipment, catering, and other logistics.
- Maintain and update project repository with required tracking information
- Assist in the creation of any required ad hoc reports and/or communications
- Responsible for determining the appropriate priorities for administrative support and dealing with multiple, often conflicting demands
- Assisting with updating security reports as required by the program.
- Assisting with building on a security resource repository for digital health assets at TransForm.

**MUST- HAVES**:

- One to two (1-2) years project related administration support/coordinating experience
- Strong understanding of Project and Portfolio Management techniques
- Experience generating reports and reporting work assignment progress
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members

**WE VALUE**:

- Healthcare or Cyber Security related project work an asset

**Salary**: $21.29-$25.55 per hour
