The Department of Pediatrics at CHEO, University of Ottawa
is recruiting a full time Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist
with a focus on leukemia and aftercare within the Division of
Hematology/Oncology.

The Department of Pediatrics is affiliated with CHEO, the
CHEO Research Institute and the University of Ottawa.
Together, we provide outstanding patient care, leading
research, and quality pediatric medical education. The
Department of Pediatrics provides health care to newborns,
children and youth of the Ottawa area, as well as those from
Eastern Ontario, Western Quebec, Nunavut and parts of
Northern Ontario (population of approximately 1.8 million).
The Department of Pediatrics has 18 distinct divisions, which
includes Hematology/Oncology.

The Division of Hematology/Oncology is comprised of 8.5
clinicians who are dynamic, highly engaged and extremely
dedicated to excellence in patient care, academic activity and
research. The Division is heavily invested in important
education, administrative and research leadership roles at
the departmental, hospital, university and national levels.

The Division of Hematology/Oncology is actively
recruiting a well-trained individual to provide clinical care and
teaching in the area of leukemia and oncology
aftercare. Faculty members will work closely with our
multidisciplinary team, patients and families. Research
experience in this area would be of benefit.

pediatric hematology/oncology or equivalent and be eligible
for licensing in the Province of Ontario.
