Our business Development manager will:

- Identify new sales opportunities, develop competitive solutions, prepare proposals and close the order
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed sales monthly and annual targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Conduct on-site product training, demonstrations, etc. to generate leads for prospective clients
- Maintain client rapport by understanding current and future needs and responding promptly

**Experience**:

- 8-10 years of experiences within the Integrated Security industry
- Knowledge of DSC and Kantech systems including intercom, card access systems and CCTV Systems
- Systematic approach to identify and develop leads, create opportunities and close sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess excellent organizational and project management skills
- Have a working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards
- Superior communication, interpersonal and sales skills
- Able to work with tight deadlines under pressure and multitask to establish priorities
- Valid Drivers license in good standing
- Police Check Required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
