We are looking for a Strategic Account Analyst to support executing business plans to increase sales and revenue in support of Motorparts DRiV strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with partner accounts to identify ways that Motorparts DRiV can help them accomplish their business goals
- Support writing contracts to fulfill customer requests
- Coordinate with suppliers to offer competitive pricing to customers
- Organize, lead, assign, and track activities for development, implementation, and maintenance of value-generating activities to meet customer needs.
- Develop timelines and activity reports to drive on-time completion of critical task
- Prioritize tasks appropriately according to urgency and value to strategic bottom line
- Develop awareness of the business challenges facing partner account decision-making
- Create custom promotions for each customer account
- Responsibly allocate assigned spending funds to programs and initiatives aimed at growing Motoparts DRiV’s business
- Coordinate events for customers
- Interface with key contacts for each assigned account to develop collaborative partnerships with customers
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in partner organizations
- Meet with partner account representatives regionally and nationally to ensure account objectives are being met
- Serve as primary point of contact at Motorparts DRiV for all assigned customer accounts
- Create and execute communication plans to maintain client relationships
- Address customer concerns in a swift and effective manner to maintain customer satisfaction
- Gather core customer objectives from research and customer interactions
- Report on the status of sales goals for each account
- Inform partners on pricing updates, new products, or special offers (loyalty program)
- Partner with key accounts to provide product and marketing consultation
- Present relevant information and data to clients to persuade and educate the audience on the value of Motorparts DRiV’s portfolio
- Provide account insights to internal teams to assist in developing appropriate promotional resources
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to develop strategic plans based on knowledge of customer opportunities
- Notify senior sales management of potential concerns regarding customer accounts
- Articulate the brand strategy and value proposition for DRiV product portfolio
- Maintain records of all activities using Salesforce/Cloud for Customer system
- Provide account team direction and oversight for high priority customer initiatives
- Connect customer accounts with DRiV employee most relevant to the customer’s need
- Mediate between DRiV employees and account contacts to follow-through on customer initiatives
- Research product lines to maintain knowledge of industry-wide products
- Attend technical presentations to maintain knowledge of product development
- Research account objectives to identify new opportunities for account development
- Support Negotiating sales of products based on customer sales data to ensure customer satisfaction
- Research account objectives to identify new opportunities for account development
- Recommend products and services based on identified customer needs to generate additional value
- Leverage multiple sales data sources to expand account sales for new DRiV products
- Identify inventory change opportunities based on customer sales trends
- Identify underrepresented product lines for each account

Skills & Experience
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- : SAP/Cloud for Customer or other CRM platform,
- Data analytics/visualization such as Microsoft PowerBI or Tablea Required Experience EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other relevant field SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or marketing

- SAP-driven point-of-sale data
- Analytical skills
- Able to read and interpret data, communicate insights to customers, and identify growth opportunities

- Ability to travel
- Will require travel to DRiV Headquarters, account sites
- Preferred: Business, finance, accounts payable knowledge, C4C experience
