**Department Overview**

The Learning and Development (L&D) Facilitation team is passionate about delivering "best workshop ever" experiences for participants and bringing value for TD. - Facilitate high quality learning solutions and multi-business programs in consistency with multiple delivery approaches to ensure learner engagement and positively impact business and TD metrics- Assess and demonstrate polished and professional delivery skills to enrich learner experience and engagement in alignment with overall Learning and Development strategy- Coordinate with various teams and management for designing and developing new and existing programs to ensure the reflection of end-user's and facilitator's perspective- Build greater efficiency with easy accessibility to geographically remote business groups by supporting greater use of virtual and other technologies- Participate in projects and processes related with business operations while ensuring business relevancy, 'make meaning' for learners- Build capability development plans and ensure effectiveness of resources by completing facilitation and coaching and action plans-
- Assist people managers in assessing their resource utilization quickly by completing all required scorecard and roster accountabilities timely and accurately- Keep yourself and the team abreast of emerging industry trends and practices to resolve short to medium-term complex issues appropriately- Build positive and open work environment by inspiring good working relationships, sharing knowledge and skills, as well as assisting in performing additional duties on a broad range of learning solutions**Job Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree with over 2 years of work experience in training/learning and development- Relevant Learning & Development certification is an asset- Sound understanding of Learning & Development including practice of effective adult education principles like problem solving techniques, discussion leading, effective questioning and conflict resolution-
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on upcoming tasks and projects with short to medium business complexities- Strong written and verbal communications to interact with all levels of staff and convey business context clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment- An analytical mind with orientation to detail and strong judgement skills to maintain discretion in handling confidential information**Additional Information**
