**Vice-President, Sales & Marketing**

Pegasus is creating and deploying transformative technology for real-world impact, and your work will directly contribute to this. We are recruiting for talented, highly motivated individuals looking for the challenge of a lifetime.

As VP Sales & Marketing, your role will combine essential project management and content generation skills to regularly engage with existing and new customers, partners, and suppliers.

You'll craft compelling materials that inform and capture target markets, communicating bleeding-edge technology systems to drive market awareness, education and engagement. You will develop and implement pricing strategies and collaborate with both internal external stakeholders to close contracts.

**What you'll do**:

- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes.
- Build, sustain and deepen customer and partner relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Take ownership of translating the company mission and vision and communication to external stakeholders and customers.
- Partner with finance, engineering and business teams to develop and maintain strategic pricing strategies for Pegasus core product offerings across the procurement lifecycle.
- Develop, own and implement project plans, manage timelines, resources and budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to pursue long-term opportunities in markets, including shaping of government and industry requirements and standards to drive competitiveness of Pegasus offerings.
- Design, build and implement systems, processes and tools that enable effective company growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration and communication to deliver measurable results.

**About You**:

- Self-starter, excited by creating large opportunities through innovation in new and existing markets.
- Preferred experience in aerospace & aviation and/or government & military.
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to coach, lead, motivate and influence others, aligned with corporate goals and objectives.
- Demonstrable experience in a high growth startup (10-100 people), taking new products from MVP to full commercialization.
- Knowledge of aerospace & aviation regulations, and industry standards.
- Passion for innovation and problem solving from first principles.
