**L’OPPORTUNITY**:
Le** Channel Account Manager** est un poste de quota principalement axé sur la gestion des relations avec notre communauté VAR et, dans certains cas, leur transition vers la gestion des fournisseurs de services. Spécialisé dans les solutions Carbonite et Webroot, augmentez OpenText, Carbonite & Webroot, la part de marché et les revenus en générant un pipeline (lancement de nouveaux produits) ou en aidant à générer un pipeline (utilisateur final). Capable de dialoguer avec des partenaires au fur et à mesure que des opportunités sont identifiées et capable de travailler en tant que responsable de compte partenaire attitré pour développer et piloter l’exécution des canaux sur votre territoire, conclure des ventes et atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de revenus. Mis à profit en tant qu’expert de l’industrie et du marché pour développer et présenter des propositions de vente, des solutions de systèmes et aider à conclure des ventes techniques complexes.
**VOUS EXCELLEZ DANS LES DOMAINES SUIVANTS**:
- Développe et gère un territoire géographique assigné composé de fournisseurs de services, de VARS, de partenaires stratégiques et de prospects pour augmenter OpenText, Carbonite & Webroot, la part de marché et les revenus.
- Perspectives de nouvelles affaires dans le cadre du VARS et de l’engagement direct du fournisseur de services, en travaillant avec des partenaires pour accroître la connaissance et l’efficacité des produits.
- Gérer à la fois un modèle d’approvisionnement indirect et d’engagement direct.
- Responsable de tous les aspects de la vente, des négociations de prix au développement du contrat, en passant par l’exécution réussie de la commande une fois la commande reçue et traitée pour toutes les activités de gestion du service sur votre territoire.
- Capacité à tirer parti et à maximiser les partenaires en tant que canal d’exécution tout en travaillant avec OpenText, Carbonite et Webroot, les comptes d’utilisateurs finaux sur les initiatives informatiques.
- Gérer les prévisions hebdomadaires par rapport aux objectifs de revenus et gérer le pipeline
- Bien versé dans la définition des attentes de revenus mensuels et trimestriels appropriés à l’aide d’outils CRM et de prévision définis par OpenText avec une compétence démontrée.
- Établir et maintenir des partenariats avec les organisations de vente et de service et les dirigeants d’entreprise informatique au sein d’environnements d’entreprise
- Généralement responsable de comptes de taille moyenne et / ou de taille moyenne
**CE QU’IL FAUT**:
- Succès éprouvé de la gestion d’une entreprise de services par abonnement et de la collaboration avec VARS pour générer un pipeline.
- Solide connaissance des techniques et des processus de vente, y compris la capacité de comprendre les besoins des clients, de surmonter les objections, d’analyser le retour sur investissement, de conclure la vente par le biais d’un véhicule d’approvisionnement approprié (film rétractable, licence, etc.)
- Capacité à appliquer une compréhension approfondie d’OpenText, Carbonite et Webroot, produits requis
- Connaissance de solutions matérielles et logicielles complémentaires
- Capacité à motiver, former et animer des séminaires pour stimuler le partage d’esprit au sein des partenaires afin d’augmenter les revenus dans le territoire assigné- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, ainsi que d’excellentes compétences en présentation
- Solide éthique de travail, attitude et capacité de suivi
**EXIGENCES: (Éducation, certification, formation et expérience)**
- Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente
- 5+ ans d’expérience dans la vente territoriale dans un environnement de haute technologie dans un environnement de vente indirecte et d’approvisionnement avec un historique démontré de succès dans l’adoption de la technologie par les clients
- 2+ ans d’expérience dans la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs de services
Cet emploi devrait rapporter entre 129 000 $ et 180 000 $ US, en plus d’un régime complet et concurrentiel d’avantages sociaux et de soins de santé. La rémunération individuelle sera déterminée en fonction des compétences et de l’expérience comparables aux exigences du poste.
